2. Take a Grand Finale Ride at Silver Dollar City
Silver Dollar City is rated America’s #1 Theme Park by USA Today. It is 61 acres of over-the-top adventures and thrills. Enjoy the theme park, water park, demonstrating craftsmen, shows, festivals, shopping, dining, and so much more.
This year is the last year and grand finale for the historic Fire in the Hole roller coaster. Silver Dollar City is celebrating with fun events, so keep an eye on their calendar. Be part of history and take a last ride through the iconic burning town of Marmaros!
3. Experience Lake Life in the Ozarks
Table Rock Lake is a top lake destination. There are many locations to experience the beach with 800 miles of shoreline. Here are things to do; pack a picnic, sunbathe, and swim or rent a boat for water sports or fishing. If you’re looking for something more exciting, spend the day parasailing, flyboarding, or jet-skiing. Enjoy dinner on a showboat lake cruise and take in the views from the deck.
Lake Taneycomo is famous for trout fishing. Get out for a day of fishing, canoeing, kayaking, or take a pontoon cruise around the lake. Bull Shoals Lake is excellent for scuba diving and is known for bass fishing. A fun fact is that there are 20 parks located around the Bull Shoals Lake shores. The shoreline is undeveloped, offering beautiful views. This is a less-trafficked lake if you want to escape the crowds and enjoy the day floating on the water.
