Pet Policy
At Hotel Grand Victorian we have a handful of designated pet-friendly rooms. We allow one dog under 20 lbs. per pet- friendly room. There is a one-time non-refundable pet fee of $40.00 per stay. Please call the hotel directly to check availability and ensure that you are placed in a pet-friendly room if you bring your furry friend during your stay.
Terms and Conditions
When you make your reservation, whether online or by telephone, you will be deemed to have read, understood, and accepted these Reservation Terms and Conditions and the Reservation Privacy Policy. In the event of a no-show or late cancelation, a fee of one night’s room charge (plus any applicable prevailing government tax) will be charged to your credit card provided at the time of reservation or as per any revised conditions of booking as per the offer, i.e. non-refundable, prepaid. Cancelations need to be made through the same channel that the original booking was made.
